Photo Scheduling & Processing
Scheduling: Photo shoots are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Access: Please specify how the photographer will access the property (e.g., seller, broker, vacant with lockbox).
- If your listing is vacant with a lockbox, ensure a key is inside.
Property Preparation: Please prepare the property before the scheduled photo shoot.
Scheduling Notice: Please allow at least 24 hours' notice for scheduling.
Processing Time: Photo processing may take up to 48 business hours.
Photo Delivery: Once processed, photos will be emailed to you as a Google Drive folder.
MLS Upload: You are responsible for uploading the photos to the MLS
